One lucky couple will win a seven-night all-inclusive stay at Turtle Bay Resort, a 145-room resort set amongst 10 acres of tropically landscaped gardens on Kenya’s famous Watamu Beach. Situated on a fine white sand beach in a Marine National Reserve, the Turtle Bay is ideal for watersports enthusiasts and beach lovers alike and the adults only pool offers a little haven of tranquillity. Enjoy delicious buffet meals at the poolside restaurant, or for something extra special, the Blue Turtle restaurant offers romantic candlelit dinners on the beach.

The romantic honeymoon package at Turtle Bay includes a flower garland on arrival, room upgrade (where possible), breakfast in bed, a honeymoon photo, sparkling wine in the room and a special dinner on the beach or in the resort’s a la carte restaurant. The resort can also arrange exciting safaris, snorkelling in the Watamu National Marine Park or trips to nearby Mombasa and Malindi. Alternatively the beautiful gardens and beach are ideal for doing absolutely nothing!
Our winners will also enjoy a special excursion on a traditional Dhow (Arab sailing boat). Located a few minutes from the resort the Dhow trip is an unforgettable experience and includes waiter service with drinks and canapés and it is even possible to get married on board whilst rocking gently on Mida Creek, Kenya’s famous bird watching haven.
Honeymoon Package
Turtle Bay is a popular choice for destination weddings and the resort’s Wedding Coordinator, Nancy Lukohe, adores her role and takes great pleasure in arranging all the legal requirements for getting married in Kenya. Wedding ceremonies can take place in the resort’s beautiful gardens or on its private section of the beach and the wedding bowers contain fresh local flowers and palm fronds.

How to enter
Using the form below, simply send the answer to our question, along with your name, address, daytime telephone number and wedding date to arrive by the closing date of 12 November 2011.
Terms & Conditions: 1. The winner will be the first correct entry chosen at random after the closing date of 12 Noember 2011 and will be notified as soon as possible. 2. The prize includes seven nights’, all-inclusive accommodation in a standard room (with an upgrade to a Junior Suite subject to availability). 3. The prize must be taken between 4 January 2012 and 31 April 2012 and is subject to availability. 4. The winner must confirm preferred dates of travel within 90 days of winning, otherwise the prize may be deemed invalid. 5. The winner must hold a valid passport with a minimum of six months’ validity on the date of travel and may also require a visa. 6. All additional miscellaneous expenses incurred while travelling and/or at the resort are the responsibility of the winner. 7. The prize does not include flights, transfers, local Kenya Departure Tax, spending money or any other costs not included in the prize description. 8. The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged and there is no cash alternative. 9. Travel insurance is not included and must be purchased before travel. 10.
